Walden Ringette is always looking for confident, motivated individuals to join our officiating crew. Whether you’re a player looking to earn extra cash, a ringette player looking to give back, or just someone who loves the game, becoming a referee is a great way to stay active, build leadership skills, and support the sport.
Oh, and did we mention? It’s a paid position.
Must be at least 14 years old
Solid skating ability is required (you don’t need to be a figure skater, but you should be confident on your edges)
Ringette experience is an asset, but not required
Completion of a Ringette Canada officiating course
Willingness to learn and communicate calmly and confidently on the ice
